PTE Global operates on a credit-based system where:

• Credits are purchased upfront and used to access AI-powered scoring features
• Purchased credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on credit purchases made within the last 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this period.

Please note that refunds will not be issued in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

4. Consumer Rights

You have statutory consumer rights, including a 14-day right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts. These rights may vary based on your location and applicable consumer protection laws.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

   • Date of purchase
   • Amount paid

   • Reason for refund request

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method where possible
• Bank processing times may vary
• Any remaining credits in your account will be removed upon refund

Please note: Card payments can only be refunded on transactions less than 120 days old, and PayPal payments can be refunded if less than 179 days old.

7. Account Cancellation

Since PTE Global uses a credit-based system without recurring subscriptions:

• There is no subscription to cancel
• Your account remains active with any unused credits
• You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support
• Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
